The officers of this association shall be a President, a First Vice-President, a Second Vice-President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, a Chaplain, and a Sergeant-at-Arms, who shall be elected by the association to hold office for one year, or until the election of their successors, at the regular meeting of the association held in the month of July each year.
